MOUSSE AL CIOCCOLATO CON XILITOLO

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH XYLITOL

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 200g fresh liquid cream
    • 200g dark chocolate
    • 40g xylitol

    METHOD:

    • In a saucepan pour 12g gr of fresh cream, the xylitol and the chocolate cut into flakes. Place the saucepan on the heat and bring to the boil, stirring well so that all the chocolate and xylitol are well melted.

    • Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, remove it from the refrigerator and whip everything well using an electric whisk. Once you have a nice frothy cream, also incorporate the whipped cream with a spatula making movements from the bottom to the top.

    This mousse can be used to fill delicious little glasses, for a dessert with a spoon or used to fill layered cakes!
