FRESH LEMON POPSICLES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300ml lemon juice
  • 200ml water
  • 100g xylitol

METHOD:

  • Prepare the lemonade by pouring the lemon juice, water and sugar into a jug. Mix well until all the sugar has dissolved.

  • Take the popsicle molds and pour the lemonade inside. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
