INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
- 250g milk
- 200g flour
- 30g granulated sugar
- 30g sunflower seed oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons Matcha foodboost tea
METHOD:

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff using an electric beater. In a second bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk, oil and pinch of salt.
- At this point sift the flour together with the yeast and add two teaspoons of foodboost matcha tea to the mixture

Once you have a smooth, lump-free mixture, add the whipped egg whites, incorporating them with a spatula a little at a time without deflating the mixture.

Heat a flat pan greased with oil or butter and pour the pancake batter with a ladle forming circles of the desired size. Once the pancake begins to brown, turn it with the help of a spatula and cook on the other side.
Serve with honey or maple syrup and fresh fruit!
