PANCAKE AL TE’ MATCHA

MATCHA TEA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs

  • 250g milk
  • 200g flour
  • 30g granulated sugar
  • 30g sunflower seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha foodboost tea

    METHOD:

    • Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff using an electric beater. In a second bowl, mix the egg yolks with the milk, oil and pinch of salt.
    • At this point sift the flour together with the yeast and add two teaspoons of foodboost matcha tea to the mixture

    • Once you have a smooth, lump-free mixture, add the whipped egg whites, incorporating them with a spatula a little at a time without deflating the mixture.

    • Heat a flat pan greased with oil or butter and pour the pancake batter with a ladle forming circles of the desired size. Once the pancake begins to brown, turn it with the help of a spatula and cook on the other side.

    Serve with honey or maple syrup and fresh fruit!
