Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of cranberries
  • 1 orange (juice and peel)
  • 2 tablespoons of foodboost cane erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150 ml of port or other wine such as Marsala

    METHOD:

    • Wash the blueberries, clean them and put them in a saucepan with sugar, honey, port and orange juice and peel.

    • Bring to the boil and cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
